摘要
样品经碱熔融后,在2%硫酸介质中,以2%酒石酸溶液作载流,采用原子荧光光谱法测定土壤样品中的微量锡,锡荧光强度与其质量浓度在0~150μg/L呈线性关系。本方法操作简便,相对标准偏差在3.51%~7.86%之间,检出限为0.15μg/g。对国家一级标准物质进行测定,结果令人满意。
The determination method for trace Tin in soil samples by AFS was established.And the sample treatment method with alkali fusion was also studied.Under the optimum conditions,the fluorescence intensity of Tin is linear with its mass fraction in the range of 0—150μg/L in the media of 2%sulphuric acid under the current-carrying 2%tartaric acid.The established procedure is simple.The RSD is3.51%—7.86% and the detection limit of the method is 0.15μg/g.
