摘要
澳大利亚的足球运动源于英国,在二战后的移民潮中得到迅猛发展,并激发了与族群政治相关的一系列社会问题。本文利用澳大利亚学者的研究成果和田野资料,梳理了这一过程以及与之相关的族群、公民身份、性别等议题,展现出足球的族群政治背后的社会背景,并探讨了移民对西方多元文化主义的挑战。这一案例折射出的相关经验和问题值得中国借鉴。
Originating from Britain,Australian football sport developed fast in the immigration wave after World War II and brought about some social problems related with ethnic politics. This paper summarizes the development of the sport and the related issues like ethnic group,citizen identification and gender based on researches and field data of Australian scholars to unfold the social background behind the ethnic politics of football. It also discusses the challenges to Western multiculturalism caused by immigration. This case study reveals some experience and problems which are of referential value to our country.
