小柴胡汤对外感后慢性肾炎蛋白尿加重的效果观察

目的探讨外感后慢性肾炎蛋白尿加重患者给予小柴胡汤治疗的临床效果。方法选择2013年11月∽2014年11月期间收治的外感后慢性肾炎蛋白尿加重患者54例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各27例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上增加小柴胡汤治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果和24 h尿蛋白定量等指标。结果观察组总有效率为88.89%,对照组为70.37%,组间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗后,在24 h尿蛋白定量、血尿素氮、血清肌酐方面,观察组与对照组比较,组间差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论外感后慢性肾炎蛋白尿加重患者给予小柴胡汤治疗,临床效果较好,蛋白尿显著改善。

Objective To observe the effect of Xiaochaihu Tang on the chronic nephritis proteinuria aggravate after exogenous. Methods From November 2013 to November 2014 ,54 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria after aggravating admitted during the period were choosen as the research objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,27 cases in each group. Patients were under conventional therapy,and observation group of patients added Xiaochaihu Tang. Compared the therapeutic effect of two groups and 24 h urine protein quantitative indicators,etc. Results The observation group total effective rate was 88.89%,and the control group was 70.37%（P〈0.05）;After treatment,compared with control group ,the 24 h urine protein,blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine of observation group were significantly different（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xiaochaihu Tang on patients with chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria after aggravating,The clinical effect is good,and the proteinuria was significantly improved.
