中药清热消癜汤治疗过敏性紫癜临床效果研究

Clinical efficacy and side effects of traditional Chinese medicine decoction of Qingre Xiaodian treating allergic purpura

目的研究中药清热消癜汤治疗过敏性紫癜的临床有效性。方法选取54例过敏性紫癜患者作为观察对象,并随机分为观察组和对照组,各27例。对照组患者给予强的松进行治疗,观察组患者给予清热消癜汤进行治疗,对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果对照组总有效率为96.30%,观察组总有效率为100%,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组皮肤紫癜消退的平均时间为(10.25±6.80)d,对照组为(15.10±8.30)d,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肾损害恢复正常的平均时间为(12.75±5.60)d,对照组的为(31.40±16.00)d,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药清热消癜汤治疗过敏性紫癜的临床治疗效果好,患者恢复时间较快。

Objective To study clinical efficacy and side effects of traditional Chinese medicine decoction of Qingre Xiaodian treating allergic purpura. Method Our 54 cases of allergic purpura patients were retrospectively analyzed and divided into treatment group and control group,27 cases of each group. The patients of treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction of Qingre Xiaodian,while patients of control group were with prednisone. Compared the clinical efficacy and side effects of two groups. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 96.30%,and the total effective rate of treatment group was 100%without significant difference registered between these two groups（P 〉 0.05）. The average time consumed for the regression of skin purpura in the observation group was（10.25＆#177;6.80）d,and that in the control group was（15.10＆#177;8.30）d,and the difference between was with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The average time for the recovery of renal damage in the observation group was（12.75＆#177;5.60）d,and（31.40＆#177;16.00）d in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Qingre Xiaodian Decoction used in the treatment of anaphylactoid purpura could get signiciant clinical therapeutic effect with faster recovery for the patients.
