星形胶质细胞在脊髓损伤修复中的作用是近年来研究热点。脊髓损伤触发星形胶质细胞活化与增殖,在损伤早期对脊髓损伤修复起促进作用,在损伤晚期胶质瘢痕的形成对损伤修复有抑制作用。本文就星形胶质细胞活化增殖在脊髓损伤修复中作用的研究进展作一综述。

In recent years, the research of astrocyte effect on repairing spinal cord injury becomes the hot spot. Spinal cord injury induces astrocyte activation and proliferation, playing a stimulating role in the early stage of injury and a suppressive role in the formation of glial scar in the advanced stage. This paper reviews the research progress of the effects of astrocyte activation and proliferation on repairing spinal cord injury.
