摘要
凸轮轴是一种典型的非圆轮廓类零件,其磨削质量的好坏直接影响发动机的使用性能。通过对凸轮磨削动态弧长的简化以及轮廓曲率半径的计算,推导出一种适合凸轮轴磨削的磨削力计算模型,利用此磨削力模型并使用MATLAB工具实现了对凸轮加工磨削力的仿真,为后续研究以及其他非圆轮廓磨削提供基础。
The camshaft is a typical kind of non-circular profile parts and its grinding quality directly affects the use performance of an engine.By simplifying the cam grinding dynamic arc length and calculating the radius of curvature of cam profile,agrinding force calculation model suitable for the camshaft grinding was deduced.The simulation of grinding force of cam machining was achieved using the grinding force model and the MATLAB tools.It provides the basis for subsequent research and other non-circular grinding.
