摘要
利用SolidWorks对绞车卷筒进行三维建模,然后导入到ANSYS Workbench中进行静强度结构有限元分析,并与传统分析校核结果比较。分析结果显示:有限元分析结果接近传统分析校核结果,卷筒的中部承受较大的钢索载荷,从中部向两边逐渐减小,卷筒内表面的应力大于外表面,最大变形出现在卷筒的中部,卷筒外部边缘处几乎不承受力,变形最小。
Three-dimensional model of winch roller is built by SolidWorks and imported to ANSYS Workbench for static strength finite element analysis.The result of finite element analysis is compared with that of the traditional analysis.It is concluded that the finite element analysis result is similar to that by traditional analysis method;the stress of the center of the roller is the biggest,decreasing gradually from the middle to both sides of the roller;the maximum deformation appears in the middle of roller,the deformation of the outer edge is minimum.
