定点熄焦车的设计改进

Technology Improvement of Fixed-Quenching Car

为了提高定点熄焦车的使用寿命,对接焦、熄焦时设备所受的冲击力进行了分析,得知车门、底板和前侧壁的结构设计存在一些缺陷,因此对它们进行了设计改进。改进后的定点熄焦车延长了寿命,也降低了维护成本。

For lengthening the lifetime of fixed-quenching car,we analysed the impact force while fixed-quenching car working,then understood some imperfections about it.So we have done necessary technology improvement,to lengthen the lifetime of fixed-quenching car and cut dowm the maintenance cost.
