自动无尘黑板关键技术的研究

介绍了自动无尘黑板的组成,重点介绍了特殊软体黑板带的运转、分层毛刷的固定与传动、吸尘装置和控制系统。自动无尘黑板改变传统黑板的去字模式,先将写了粉笔字的挠性软布转向后方,然后自动无尘黑板后方的毛刷清除粉笔字,再将粉笔灰用吸尘器吸入粉尘盒内,最后将清干的部分旋转到正面。这样既保留了传统黑板使用粉笔的特点,又解决了粉尘给师生带来的危害。具有低成本、低能耗等特点,符合人机工程学原理。

The automatic dust-free blackboard can electronically remove and collect the dust to protect human health.It consists of four parts：the operation of special soft blackboard belt,the fixation and transmission of brushes,the dust extraction and the control system.The automatic dust-free blackboard changes the traditional cleaning method through the following ways：Firstly,the flexible soft cloth with some chalk is to be turned back;Then the chalk would be eliminated by the brush on the back of the automatic dustfree blackboard,and the chalk dust would be absorbed by the extraction system into the dust box;Finally,the cleaned part would be turned out.The automatic dust-free blackboard not only retains traditional blackboard＇s character of using chalks,but also protects teachers and students from the dust.It enjoys the advantages of low cost and low energy consumption,which is in accord with the ergonomic principles.
