摘要
结合悬臂式掘进机的作业程序,对悬臂式掘进机液压系统的功能原理进行深入分析,根据液压系统的结构原理图建立系统的可靠性框图和可靠性数学模型,计算悬臂式掘进机液压系统的可靠度,并利用MATLAB对得到的数据进行仿真,找出液压系统的薄弱环节及可靠性影响因素,为提高悬臂式掘进机液压系统的可靠性提供了依据。
Combined with the working process of boom-type roadheader,the functional principle of boom-type roadheader hydraulic system was analyzed.According to the structure principle diagram of hydraulic system,the reliability block diagram and mathematical model of the hydraulic system was established,the reliability of boom-type roadheader hydraulic system was calculated.MATLAB simulation was used to find out the weak link and reliability factors,and then,the basis for improving the reliability of hydraulic system of boom-type roadheader was provided.
