摘要
以2JK-2.5/20型矿井提升机为开发对象,将物联网中的GPRS技术应用于矿井提升机状态监测系统的设计中,使用WinCC flexible进行上位机程序的编写,不仅大大提高了数据传输的可靠性和实时性,同时也为物联网在煤矿中的应用做了铺垫。
2JK-2.5/20 type mine hoist is taken as the development object in this paper.The GPRS technology of Internet of Things is used to design the condition monitoring system of mine hoist.WinCC flexible software is used for the preparation of PC programs.The reliability and real-time of data transmission is greatly improved.At the same time,this research is prepared for application of Internet of Things in coal mines.
