摘要
连杆作为汽车发动机的关键零件,它在装配前的表面清洁度直接影响到发动机的工作性能和使用寿命。为了解决连杆传统清洗存在的弊端,采用超声波和高压喷淋相结合的清洗方式,利用碳氢清洗液烘干效果好的特性,研究开发了一种全新高效的以可编程控制器(PLC)及人机界面(HMI)为基础的自动化清洗线。
Connecting rod is a key part of automobile engine,its surface cleanliness before assembly directly affects the performance and service life of the engine.In order to solve the insufficiency of traditional cleaning,we develop a new,efficient automatic cleaning line based on PLC and human machine interaction(HMI),which adopts the method combining ultrasound and high pressure spray cleaning,and uses hydrocarbon cleaning fluid which has good drying characteristics.
