摘要
工程实训在培养学生对理论知识的理解和动手能力方面有着举足轻重的作用。快速成型技术作为一门多学科交叉技术应用在金工实习中,不仅能培养学生的创新能力,同时也能加强学生对现代技术的了解,从而提高其社会适应能力。从建模、前期处理和打印3个过程介绍了熔融沉积技术的使用过程,针对不同专业的学生安排了不同的教学方案,能使学生更好地了解、掌握该技术。
Engineering practices play a vital role in cultivating students' understanding of theoretical knowledge and practical ability.Rapid prototyping technology as a multidisciplinary cross technology applied to the metalworking practice,not only can cultivate students' innovative ability,improve the comprehensive ability,but also can strengthen students' understanding of the modern technology and social adaptation ability.In this paper,the modeling,the pretreatment of the model and the process of fused deposition are introduced.According to the students of different majors,the author makes different teaching plans relevantly to make students better understand and master the technology.
