摘要
由于薄煤层采煤机机身高度的限制和实现功能的要求,设计电器系统时往往存在空间不够与选用零件太庞大之间的矛盾。为了很好地解决这一矛盾,对电控箱结构进行了重新设计,采用分箱布置结构,根据电器元件实现的功能对其分类整合,减少布线,最终用最小的空间布置了全部电气元件,实现采煤机的全部功能。
As a result of the limitation of the fuselage height of a thin seam shearer,there is often not enough space for electrical components.In order to solve this problem well,we redesign the electric cabinet by changing its structure and reducing the wiring,and all the functions of coal minning machine are realized.
