本文随机抽取医院门户网站在线咨询产生的1645例服务对话进行专业的统计,从咨询需求、咨询耗时、对话质量、服务评价等多个角度进行分析,并就医院门户网站服务导向进行梳理与分析。
The paper randomly extracts 1645 service dialogue with on-line consultation and makes professional statistical analysis. It analyzes from multiple angles such as consulting requirements, consulting time,dialogue quality, service evaluation.In the meantime, it teased and analyzed the hospital portal service orientation.
