摘要
以季戊四醇油酸酯和过氧化氢为原料,强酸性阳离子交换树脂为催化剂,对环氧化季戊四醇油酸酯的合成反应进行了研究。考察了催化剂用量、过氧化氢用量、反应温度、甲酸用量、反应时间等因素对环氧化反应的影响。确定了较佳的合成条件,当m(季戊四醇油酸酯)∶m(甲酸)∶m(过氧化氢)∶m(离子交换树脂)=1∶20%∶70%∶5%时,在60℃反应温度下反应6h,制得淡黄色油状环氧化季戊四醇油酸酯,产品环氧值为4.6%,碘值低于3g/100g。
The epoxidized pentaerythritol oleate was prepared by useing strong acidic cation exchange resin as catalyst.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,catalyst dosage,hydrogen peroxide dosage and acetic acid dosage on epoxy value were studied.The results showed that when m(Pentaerythritol oleate)∶m(formic acid)∶m(hydrogen peroxide)∶m(catalyst)=1∶20%∶70%∶5%,the epoxidation value was 4.6%and the residual iodine value(IV)less than 3g/100 g after 6hreaction at 60℃.
