摘要
用乙醛酸和愈创木酚合成3-甲氧基-4-羟基-苯乙醇酸(MHPA),考察了不同温度、pH值以及助剂对乙醛酸的转化率和MHPA收率的影响,在较佳的实验条件下,MHPA的收率可达95%,乙醛酸的转化率可达66.7%。
Using glyoxylic acid and guaiacol as raw material,synthesized 3-methoxy-4-hydroxymandelic acid(MHPA).Reviewed the effects of reaction temperature,pH value and additives on guaiacol's conversion rate and MHPA's yield.Under optimum laboratory conditions,the yield of MHPA was95%,and the conversion rate of guaiacol could be improved to 62%.
