口腔行为变化引起大脑皮层神经重塑的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 神经重塑是机体在内外环境变化过程中,神经系统产生的适应性反应,近年来由于非侵入性脑功能影像技术在临床的应用,对于机体行为模式变化,特别是口腔行为模式变化(如:牙齿缺失、种植义齿修复后)引发的大脑感觉运动皮层的神经重塑进行了深入的研究。本文针对神经重塑的机制,以及口腔行为模式变化引起大脑皮层神经重塑的研究进展作一综述。 Neuroplasticity is an adaptive response of nervous system induced by the internal and external changes.With the clinical application of non-invasive functional brain imaging technique, neuroplasticity in cortex, induced by behavioral changes, especially the orofacial changes, has been studied in depth. Aiming at the neuroplasticity, this article reviews the neuroplasticity mechanism and recent advances of neuroplasticity in cortex induced by orofacial changes.
