微小核糖核酸与宫颈癌治疗及预后相关性的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 微小核糖核酸（microRNA，miRNA）是一类非编码的内源RNA，通过与靶mRNA的3’端非编码区（3＇-untranslational region，UTR）完全或不完全碱基互补，降解或抑制mRNA的翻译导致靶基因的转录后沉默，从而在转录后水平对靶基因进行调控。
