在侦查实践中可以运用的逻辑思维方法虽然很多,但经常使用的(逻辑)思维方法不过寥寥几种,而且都是传统逻辑学中最基础、最简单的方法。目前,国内现有的侦查逻辑思维理论,缺乏专业性,更谈不上实用性。学院教学中传授的丰富逻辑理论和思维方法,往往能运用于解决具体侦查破案问题的屈指可数。从侦破实践来说,在案件特定的空间、时间和环境条件下,许多理论上的普遍概念,极有可能变成特定的单独概念;许多理论上选项的不穷尽,极有可能变成事实上的已穷尽;许多理论上的大前提前后件之间没有必然联系,极有可能变成客观上的具有必然联系。侦查实践中如何准确、合理、灵活地运用各种逻辑思维方法,值得深刻检视。

There are many logic thinking methods in the investigation practice, but only a few, the most basic and simplest ones, can be used commonly. At Present, the existing investigation theory are not of professional and practical. In academic teaching, only some rich logic theories and methods tended to be used to deal with investigation problems. In the real investigation practice, in the particular space and time or under the special situation, many general theoretical concepts may become into an isolated concepts; may endless selections may become into the endless practice; many of them, which have no connection between the former and latter, may have the invariable relations objectively between them. Therefore, in the investigation practice, how to use various logic thinking methods accurately, reasonably and flexibly is needed for the deep reflection.
