叙利亚危机与中国国家安全——以综合安全观为视角

Syrian Crisis and National Security of China——from the Perspective of Comprehensive Security Views

目前,叙利亚深陷"阿拉伯之春"的泥潭,给中国的非传统国家安全带来了多方面影响:与美欧大国、沙特和土耳其等中东强国间政治关系出现裂痕,中叙双边经贸停滞带来的经济损失,能源供应通道面临潜在威胁,极端恐怖组织的发展蔓延,等等。从综合安全观的思维角度出发,叙利亚危机对中国国家安全的影响主要体现在政治、经济、能源和恐怖主义威胁四个方面。形势的发展,要求中国在政治上要进行"创造性介入",经济上要保护好中阿双边经贸,能源上要加强与中东石油大国合作,在充分发挥自身作用的同时要联合多方力量,以应对恐怖威胁。

Currently, Syria is sti ll in the mire of the 'Arab Spring', bringing to the non-traditional national security of China various influences: the crakes appeared in politic relationship with America,Europe, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and other powers of The Middle East; the stagnation of bilateral economy and trade between China and Syria caused the great economic losses; the energy supply channel is facing the potential threats; the extreme terrorist organizations are in spreading etc. From the perspective of comprehensive security views, the threatening from the Syrian crisis is in four aspects: politics, economy,energy and terrorism. Thus requires us to carry on the 'creative involving' in politics, protect the bilateral economic and trade relations in economy, strengthen cooperation with Middle East oil powers in energy, and cooperate the joint powers to deal with terrorism threatening.
