Rescue for those Stay-at-home Women in Sexual Abuse in the Midwest Rural Areas of China

时今,中国农村特别是中西部地区,社会治安状况有恶化态势。众多妇女留守农村,予不法分子性侵以可乘之机。留守妇女屡遭性侵,与自身体力、封建观念、农村自然环境、青壮年男劳动力外出务工密不可分。针对性侵留守女,必须采取诸如加大侦查力度、开展专项打击、尽快将违法犯罪分子绳之以法,教育引导被害人亲属等多种切实有效措施,增强对其社会救助的力度。

At present, in the rural areas of China, especially in the Midwest Regions, the social security situation is in deteriorating. May women had to stay in the countryside leaving chances for the sexual abuse.These stay-at-home women were assaulted frequently, due to their poor physical strength, backward feudal ideas, the rural natural environment and young males were absent for working outside. As for the stay-at-home women's sexual abuse, we must take measures just like strengthening forces in investigation, carrying out the special actions, punishing the illegal criminals as soon as possible, educating and conducting victims to take various protective measures, and enhancing the power of social rescue for them.
