中国粮食储备制度的历史变迁和发展趋势

Historical changes and developmental trend of grain reserve system in China

粮食储备是供应需求的物质保障,也是对粮食资源有效调控的手段。本文通过文献综述的方式,对中国古代(1840年以前)、近现代(1840—1949年)和当代(1949年至今)的粮食储备制度的演变过程与发展趋势进行了阶段划分和内容整理。在此基础上,从储备目的、储备类型、储备设施等方面对中国古代、近现代和当代的粮食储备制度进行了对比分析,并对中国粮食储备制度的发展趋势进行了分析和判断。

Grain reserve is the material guarantee of supply and demand,and it's also the effective regulation and control method on food resources.Through the literature review's method,this paper divided the development of Grain Reserve System in to 3 phrases:the ancient times(before 1840),modern times(1840 — 1949) and contemporary(1949—),and then,organized the content.On this basis,this paper introduces reserve purposes,reserve types,reserve facilities on China's ancient,modern and contemporary's grain reserve system,and the development trend of Grain Reserve System of China.
