摘要
英国畜牧业产值占农业总产值比重较大,其中牛羊肉更是畜牧业的主要产品。本文主要分析了英国牛羊肉生产、消费和贸易的变化趋势和特征,发现20世纪60年代以来,英国牛羊肉产量下降明显,牛羊肉消费占比下降较大,牛肉贸易由净出口国变为净进口国。最后总结了影响英国牛羊肉产业发展的因素以及对中国的启示。
The output value of livestock in UK has occupied a larger share in agricultural production,and the beef and mutton are the main production of the livestock.Since 1960 s,the production and consumption of beef and mutton has experienced an obviously change:the production of beef and mutton were both declined while the consumption ratio of beef and mutton dropped evidently as well,and also the beef was changed into net import production from net export in trade.In the end,this paper concluded the impact factors which influence the beef and mutton industry and some revelations.
