摘要
本文基于改进的9/9-9/1标度法,建立了含17个指标的层次分析法评价模型,用于综合评价9种目前被认为相对有潜力生物燃料生产途径。结果表明:生产技术的成熟度、对生态的影响、单位生产成本、产品品质、能源的需求度、投资总额的可接受度等6个指标所占的权重较大,基于地沟油的生物柴油途径综合得分最高,为73.7685。研究结果可为该产业相关部门制定发展规划、合理选择生产途径提供可靠的理论支持和有力参考。
In this paper,based on the improved 9/9-9/1scale method,the comprehensive AHP assessment model was established which contains the evaluation target layer,criterion layer,index layer,solution layer and 17 indicators.And it was used to evaluate the 9producing approaches,which are considered relatively as potential ways.The results show that:the 6indexes such as the production technology maturity,influence on the ecosystem,unit production cost,product quality,energy demand,and the total amount of the acceptable investment have the larger weight,and the biodiesel from waste cooking oil has the highest comprehensive score 73.7685.The results can provide reliable theoretical support and powerful reference for the relevant departments make industry development planning and select reasonable production way.
