对琼·穆特版《石头汤》改编效果的评析

琼·穆特版的《石头汤》是一本由欧洲民间故事改编而来的中国风图画书。作者对原故事的形式、主旨及风格都做了改编。因此,在对该书的改编效果进行评判时,关键因素并不在于还原度,而在于以上三方面的改编效果。琼·穆特版的《石头汤》充分发挥了图画书的语言魅力,讲述了一个好故事,做到了形式及主旨改编上的成功,可以说是一本优秀的图画书;但因为在风格改编上的诸多偏颇,并不能说是一本成功的中国风图画书。

Stone Soup by Jon J Muth′s is a picture book with Chinese style which was adapted from a traditional European folk story from the perspectives of the form,theme and style.Therefore,the success for the adaption is the three perspectives instead of the similarities with the original version.Jon J Muth tells a good story with his language charm and achieves the success of the form and theme.Howev-er,it can not be regarded as a successful picture book with Chinese style because of some mistakes for styles of adaption.
