摘要 随着国家对应用型人才需求的不断增长,构建科学的音乐人才培养模式已成为高等师范院校教学模式与方法改革的核心内容。文章以乐山师范学院管弦乐队排练课程为例,针对课程初期面临的一系列人才培养问题,从教学的实践经验出发提出了特色教学、乐团组建及管理方面教学改革思路,对改革中人才的专业技能、综合素养及团队精神的培养效果作了总结,希望对高师应用型音乐人才的培养有所启示。 Along with the growing demand for application-oriented talents,building a scientific musical talent-training mode has become the core of reforming teaching mode and method in normal colleges and universities. This paper,taking orchestra rehearsal course of Leshan Normal University as an example, focusing on a series of problems in talent-training at the very beginning of curriculum design,proposes the ideal of characteristic-teaching, orchestral formation and teaching-management, and summarizes the effect of professional skill, overall ability and team spirit in the hope of inspiring the cultivation of the applied music talents in normal colleges and universities.
