摘要 国家电网公司已全面建成并实现了全业务覆盖的信息系统平台,但随着信息化进程的不断深入和发展,部分信息系统不断凸显出较严重的性能问题。为解决上述问题,就信息系统运行方面存在的性能问题从3个方面阐述如何构建信息系统的性能优化机制:第一,信息系统建设实施阶段严格执行上线系统性能管控,从源头杜绝性能低下的系统上线运行;第二,对存在性能问题的在运系统制定全面、深入的专项性能优化和常态治理工作方案;第三,构建日常的性能监控保障机制,及时发现并解决潜在性能问题。通过以上性能优化机制和最佳实践可最大程度保障信息化业务系统稳定、连续运行。 SGCC has completed the full coverage business information system platform construction, with the information development and deepening application, some serious performance problems appeared in some information systems. In order to solve the above problems, aiming at the existing information system operation performance problems, this paper elaborated how to construct information system performance optimization mechanism from three aspects. First, poor performance systems are not allowed to run by strict performance management of on-line systems in the strategy of information system construction. Second, a comprehensive and in-depth special performance optimization and management work program is launched for the existing systems with performance problems. Third, the daily performance monitoring mechanism is designed to find and solve the potential performance problems on time. The proposed performance optimization mechanism and relevant application can ensure the stable and continuous operation of business information system to great degree.
