摘要
为增强吉林电力的财务管控能力,提升运营效率和效益,吉林电力以财务资源的集团化、集约化运作为中心,以建立适应现代企业制度要求的科学高效的财务集约化管理体系为目标,以财务与其他业务纵向集约、横向融合为基础,以优化调整财务职责权限及组织结构为组织保障,以一体化的企业级信息系统为技术支撑,完善了财务管理的"六统一"政策标准体系,深化了"五集中"的管理方式,初步建成了集约、统一、精益、高效的现代财务管理体系。实践结果表明,财务集约化深化应用显著提升了公司的盈利能力,充分体现了信息化建设在企业利润稳增长中的作用。
Aiming at the improvement of financial management, operation efficiency and performance, State Grid Jilin Electric Power Company has built an intensive, lean and efficient integrated financial management system. The system focuses on integrated and intensive operation of financial resources, intensive management merges other business with finance, optimizes the financial responsibility and institutions, perfects the "six unification" financial management standard system, deepens the "five focus" management method, to build a financial intensive management system by the support of integration enterprises information system. The practical results show the proposed system obviously improved the earning ability and fully embodies information's value for enterprise profit growth.
