文章按照"指标体系化、工具自动化、工作常态化、管理标准化、队伍专业化"的总体思路研究推进信息系统运行监控分析能力建设。对信息系统运行监控内容进行研究,建立一套科学的调度运行监控指标体系;优化指标监控方式,研究开展指标自动监控系统的建设与开发;规范运行监控指标日常管理流程,形成常态的运行监控机制;同时,建立一支专业、高效的监控队伍,提升对运行监控指标的统计分析与持续优化能力,使运维人员能够在最短的时间内快速解决系统出现的问题,提高信息系统的可用性及运行率。

According to the general idea of ＂ systematized indexes, automated tools, normalized work, standardized management, professionalized team＂, this paper aims to reinforce information system operation monitoring and analysis ability. Through the study of information system operation monitoring content, this paper establishes a set of scientific monitoring index system to optimize the index monitoring mode and develop researches of the construction and development of automatic monitoring system, to standardize the daily management process of operation monitoring indicators and form normal operation monitoring mechanism. At the same time, the establishment of a professional and efficient monitoring team improves the statistical analysis and optimization ability of operation monitoring indicators continuously to make the operators quickly solve the emerging problems, as well as improve the availability of information system and the operation rate.
