论彭真的执法思想

On Peng Zhen's Ideas of Law Enforcement

彭真曾长期主持全国人大常委会的工作 ,对我国新时期的法制建设作出了重要的贡献。彭真对司法工作提出了一系列富有远见的思想。他主张加强党对政法机关的领导 ,严格依法办事 ,贯彻法律面前人人平等 ,加强政法队伍的建设 ,政法机关严格执法等。这些思想对改变政法队伍的观念 ,适应改革开放 ,稳定社会治安 ,打击犯罪起了重要作用。

Peng Zhen once took charge the affairs of Standing Committee of the NPC. During his tenur of office, he put forward a series of new ideas on law enforcement. He maintained that we should enhance the direct role of CPC on law enforcement, handle cases strictly in conformity with legal provisions, carry out equality of all people by law, cultivate of fine personnel of law enforcement, act in strict accordance with law. These ides take a very useful effect on punishment of criminals and maintenance the stability of public order.
