为深入开展安全风险管控及安全隐患排查治理工作,国网保定供电公司创新风险管控工作思路,严格遵循"安全管理实质为风险管理"的理念,研发并应用了安全风险管控系统,实现了风险管控关口前移、超前防范、风险管控工作质量管理全面持续改善提升。安全风险管控系统利用信息化手段对安全风险管控体系全过程进行固化,同时,在应用过程中通过引入针对员工及各部室的绩效积分鼓励企业员工积极参与使用系统,取得了良好的效果,为国网保定供电公司保持安全生产的良好态势提供了保障。

To improve the efficiency of security risk control and find out the potential dangers, Baoding Power Supply Company followed the idea ＂security management is risk management indeed＂, developed and used the security risk management and control system. The system realized the risk control sooner and ahead prevention, the risk management and control quality is comprehensively improved. The total process of the system is achieved by information means, and performance points system is introduced to encourage staffs＇ to use the system, the proposed system has good effect and provided support for safety production in Baoding Power Supply Company.
