摘要
为了规范IT需求的管理,使其可追溯、可量化、可考核,保障业务系统的稳定运行并提升用户满意度,文章从开发、管理和维护等多方面采取措施,建设了IT需求管理平台,该平台包括采购项目管理、服务台管理、应用运维管理及知识库管理等工具,记录了IT需求从提出、变更、实施直至关闭全过程。通过服务质量的优化和效率的提高,逐步满足了快速发展的业务对IT服务质量和效率的更高要求。
In order to regulate the management of IT demand, and enable it traced back, quantifiable, assessed, to guarantee stable operation of business systems and improve user satisfaction, an IT demand management platform is built in this paper with technical measures of development, management, maintenance and other aspects, which include procurement project management, service counter management, application operation and maintenance management and knowledge base management tools, and record IT demand of the entire process including demand presenting, changing, implementing and closing. With the optimization of the service quality and the increasing efficiency, the proposed platform can gradually meet the rapidly growing business demands for higher IT service quality and efficiency.
