Reference and Enlightenment of American College Students' Affairs Management

美国作为世界高等教育强国,在学生事务管理方面有着丰富的理论成果及实践经验。相比之下,我国高校学生事务管理理念和运行模式已不能满足教育发展和人的全面发展的需要,亟需更新观念,探索新的模式。在比较分析的基础上,总结出对我国高校学生事务管理模式的启示与借鉴。

As the world power of higher education,there are massive theoretical achievements and rich practical experience in students＇ affairs management in America. By comparison,students＇ affairs management idea and operation mode of college students in China have been unable to meet the needs of education development and all- round development of human,which need to update their concepts,explore new modes. In this paper,on the basis of comparative analysis,the author puts forward some ideas which may have enlightenment and reference function.
