On Causation in Pure Economic Loss

为确定"纯粹经济损失"这一动态概念体系中的考量因素,采用比较法、判例法等方法,分析了因果关系在纯粹经济损失界定过程中的意义,以及需要具体考虑的因果关系判定标准。结果表明:因果关系是纯粹经济损失概念确定时一个重要的考量因素,这种通过因果关系来界定纯粹经济损失的方法非常值得我国借鉴。

To determine the considerations in the dynamic concept of ＂ pure economic loss＂,using comparative method,case method etc. this article analyzes the meaning of the causation in the define process of the concept pure economic loss,and the criteria for judge that need to be taken into account. The results show that the causation is an important factor in the definition process of the pure economic loss. The method of define the concept of Pure Economic Loss by analyzing the causation is very worthy for our reference.
