上海自贸区建设与长江经济带开放型经济发展

Construction of Shanghai Free Trade Zone and the Development of Open Economy of Yangtze River Economic Belt

The paper briefly analyzes the new developing trend and requirements of China＇s open economy, and then deeply studies the features of Shanghai free trade zone and its effect on Yangtze River economic belt. It suggests that Shanghai free trade zone has new characteristic of exploring new path to deepen the reform, injecting new impetus into open economy, forcing the transform of government functions, and innovating new developing model of zones. The construction of Shanghai free trade zone would have spillover effect, radiation effect, siphonic effect and squeeze effect on the open economy development of Yangtze River economic belt. In order to advance the development of open economy of cities along Yangtze River economic belt, the paper proposes such countermeasures and suggestions as being in line with Shanghai free trade zone, strengthening top-level design, promoting in- dustrial cooperation between different cities, building a unified and open market system, and transforming govern- ment functions.
