一次风机推力瓦损坏原因及处理方法

摘要 四川白马循环流化床示范电站300 MW机组的一次风机在每年夏天运行时,其驱动端轴瓦的温度都会较高,平均在80℃左右。当温度超过85℃时,推力瓦会由于高温而造成损坏。现对该系统进行改造,采用外循环油系统对轴承进行润滑冷却。改造结果表明,使用外循环油结构对滑动轴承进行润滑优于自润滑结构,使其运行时的平均温度降低至55℃,提高了设备的可靠性。 The thrust bearing of the primary air fan made by Baldachin's Company in Italian in the 300 MW Unit of Sichuan Baima CFB Demonstration Plant is the single-suction and double action truss system. This bearing has adopted the RTL dynamic-pressure sliding bearing from Dodge's company in U. S. A; the thrust pad is in driven-end bearing.The bearing bush runs at about 80 Celsius degree when the primary air fan operates in the summer of each year. When the temperature exceeds over 85 Celsius degree,the thrust bearing will be damaged. In order to improve its reliability,the paper adopts the external circulating oil system to cooling these bearings,and the result shows that the temperature of the pad can decrease to 55 Celsius degree with the external circulating oil system and is better than with the self-lubricating structure.
