摘要
针对某300 WM机组送风机动叶控制系统运行中发现的指令值与反馈值有较大偏差、调节精度较差的问题,将送风机执行器更换为智能型执行器。经过改造之后机组总风量控制系统调节质量明显提高,详细介绍了此次技术改造过程。
Larger deviation between the instruction and feedback value,and poor regulation accuracy was found during the operation of the air blower blade control system in a 300 MW unit. In order to overcome the problem,intelligent actuators were used instead of the original actuators. Actual operation showed the regulation quality of the total air volume control system improved obviously after modified. The paper illustrated the whole technical reform in detail.
