摘要
尾矿库安全在线监测系统是物联网技术在尾矿库领域的应用,用以实时监测各运行参数并超限报警。对其监测数据的分析至关重要,应常态化开展。以宜春钽铌矿2^#尾矿库为例,介绍了尾矿库在线监测系统设计方案,重点介绍了渗流量和干滩长度等难度较大监测项的测量原理。同时通过数据分析,总结出子坝堆筑、汛期连续降雨等工况条件下数据波动剧烈,应密切关注这些危险工况对坝体安全的影响。
Online monitoring system of tailings pond is an application result of "internet of things technology" in tailings area. Its effect is to monitor every parameter, and when the alarm value is exceeded, it will alarm. It is important to analyze the monitoring data regularly. The design scheme of the online monitoring system in Yichun Tantalum Mine is introduced, the same as the measurement principle of dry beach length and seepage flow. After analyzing the monitoring data, we summarize that under the working conditions of heightening construction and the flood season, the monitoring data change significantly. We should pay attention to the influence of these dangerous working conditions threatened to tailings pond safety.
