摘要
针对某车型前围加强板的特点,提出了先拉伸再修边冲孔后翻边整形3工序成形的工艺方案,分别设计了拉伸模、修边冲孔模及翻边整形模。通过Dynaform分析成形过程,模拟结果表明3工序成形方案设计合理,实际验证中获得了良好的成形质量。
According to the characteristics of the front wall reinforcing plate, process scheme was put forward to drawing, trimming punching and flanging shaping after three order form, design drawing die, trimming die and punching die and a flanging sizing die. Through the analysis of the forming process of Dynaform, the simulation results show that three order form design is reasonable, the actual test got good forming quality.
