插头防护罩成形工艺改进及级进模设计

摘要 针对插头防护罩原有单工序模生产工艺难以满足批量生产要求,原生产工艺中采用"复合模→冲孔模→轧形模→冲孔模→轧形90°模→轧形90°模"5副单工序模具的加工方式,工件在前工序轧形后,在后工序定位不准,导致产品尺寸精度难以保证,且生产效率低,生产成本高。为了解决上述问题,通过优化设计,将单工序模的加工方式改为连续成形工艺,并设计出连续级进模具。通过试制与批量生产,生产效率提高了6倍以上,有效提高了零件的加工质量,降低了人力成本,完全满足插头防护罩的批量生产要求。 The plug shield's single punch die production engineering process is difficult to satisfy the requirement of mass production, the original production process used "compound die→piercing die→rolling die, piercing die→rolling forming 90° die→rolling forming 90° die", five single-step die processing methods, resulting in products difficult to ensure the dimension precision and production efficiency low, the production cost is high. In order to solve the above problems, through the optimization design, the processing method of the single punch engineering mode is changed into continuous forming process, and the progressive die is designed. Through trial production and mass production, production efficiency is increased by 6 times, which can effectively improve the machining quality of the parts, reduce the manpower cost, and fully meet the requirements of mass production.
