摘要
根据高尔夫球模具电极的结构特点和加工要求,分析了分别用3轴数控铣床、4轴加工中心、5轴加工中心加工该电极的优缺点,结合现有设备情况,采用Master CAM软件编制加工程序,进一步分析和优化了4轴加工中心加工高尔夫球模具电极的工艺。
According to golf ball mold electrode, structure characteristics and process requirements are analyzed respectively in 3 axis NC milling machine,four axis machining center, the advantages and disadvantages of five axis machining center of the electrode, combined with existing equipment situation, using MasterCAM software processing program, further analysis and optimization of 4 axis machining center processing golf mold electrode process.
