摘要
对于具有多个凸台形体头盔外壳成型模的结构,为了避免出现聚胶、脱胶和气泡等缺陷,成型模必须在具有凸台形体处采取刚性压块的结构。这样,通过橡胶袋充入的压缩空气作用于刚性压块,刚性压块又将压力传递给头盔外壳壁。利用刚性压块与成型模型腔之间的均匀间隙,可将壁中空气和多余粘接剂通过钻套孔排出模腔,以达到无聚胶、无脱胶和无气泡等壁厚的头盔外壳。为了避免壁厚出现皱褶缺陷,可将玻璃布剪开成若干条缝,以实现玻璃布搭接的形式而成型橄榄球形状。实践已经证明这种模具结构和裱糊的方法,是能够成型合格的头盔外壳。
