摘要
为了消除国产数控机床的早期故障,首先建立了早期故障的概念,然后从故障率浴盆曲线建模和分析入手,通过对收集的故障数据进行量化分析确定机床的早期故障期。在识别早期故障期拐点和深入分析早期故障产生原因的基础上,建立了早期故障消除的技术体系,阐述了早期故障消除过程,即故障收集、故障分析、可靠性试验、故障消除阶段的研究内容、思路和方法。结合可靠性试验技术,阐述了早期故障消除的机理。最后,将该技术应用到机床生产企业,案例表明该技术有助于提高机床的可靠性。
In order to eliminate the early failure of NC machine tool, the concept of early failure was established, then starting with modeling and analyzing the failure rate of bathtub curve of NC machine tool, the zone of early failures was quantified. Based on identifying the point of failure rate of bathtub curve and analyzing the causes of early failure, the fault elimination technology systems were established and their ideas, methods and contents were elaborated respectively in the stage of failure collection, fault analysis, reliability test and fault elimination. Combined with reliability test technology, The mechanism of early fault elimination technology was set out. Finally, according to the application of this technology to a NC machine tool manufacturing enterprise, the cause demonstrates its effectiveness to improve the product reliability.
