摘要
介绍了一种新型凸轮轴火焰淬火自动机床的结构、工作原理和特点。该凸轮轴火焰淬火自动机床在稳定控制火焰温度的基础上,采用PLC对凸轮轴的加热时间、冷却时间等参数和工艺过程进行自动控制,解决了凸轮轴火焰加热均匀性的控制、凸轮轴上料和下料问题,实现了凸轮轴火焰淬火的自动化,并满足了凸轮轴的表面淬火技术要求。凸轮轴火焰淬火自动机床能够对一定尺寸范围的不同规格凸轮轴进行火焰淬火,具有效率高、通用性强、结构简便、制造成本较低等优点。
Introduces the structure, working principles and characteristics of a new automatic machine for camshaft flame hardening. On the basis of the flame temperature stability control, PLC is adopted in automatic flame hardening equipment for the heat treatment of camshaft to achieve automatic control of the techni- cal process and the parameters, such as camshaft heating time and cooling time. This design of the ma- chine solves the problems of how to heat the camshaft uniformly by flame, how to load and how to blank the material of the camshaft, realizes the automation of the camshaft flame hardening when satisfies the technical requirements of the camshaft. This automatic machine for camshaft flame hardening can flame quench camshafts of a certain range of size. It has high efficiency, edges on great versatility, simple structure and low manufacturing cost.
