摘要
在分析细长轴工件的加工工艺特点的基础上,从提高生产效率出发,提出了工件两侧同步车削加工方案;从提高细长轴工件加工夹持刚度出发,给出了尾座夹持并拉紧的装夹方案代替传统顶持、用跟刀机械手代替跟刀架的装夹方案。最后,进行了专用机床的总体布局设计及双传动系统、尾座夹紧拉紧系统和跟刀机械手的部件设计。
Based on the analysis of the machining process characteristics for slender axle work - piece, considering the increase of machining efficiency, synchronous processing scheme for both ends of slender axle is brought forward. To increase the stiffness of slender axle work - piece, the clamping schemes of using clamping and tensioning fixture instead of traditional tailstock, using followed robot instead of follower rest are given. And then the overall layout of the special machine tool has established, and the double transmission system, the tailstock clamping system and the followed robot are designed.
