针对液压直压式注塑机的缺点,介绍了全电动多螺杆精密注塑机的整体方案设计、机械结构设计以及主要部件的工作过程与结构特点,介绍了PLC控制系统设计。解决了液压直压式注塑机动作不流畅、生产效率低、故障率高、安全性能差等问题。
