摘要 分析了钻削加工和电火花加工小孔存在的质量问题,对电火花加工表面的粗糙度进行预测并得出模型。研究了小孔表面粗糙度、毛刺等加工质量对孔内液体流动和孔外液体射流的影响,定性定量分析了雾化效果和对撞混合的均匀性,并为不同工艺方法的加工质量对射流的影响提供理论依据。 This paper analyzes the quality problems of nozzles through the EDM and drilling methods respectively. Besides it makes prediction and draws models of surface roughness left by EDM. The influence of the nozzle surface roughness, burrs and other processing quality on the nozzle liquid flow inside as well as outside is also discussed. Qualitative and quantitative analysis of the effect of atomization and collision mixing uniformity is made. Thus it provides a theoretical basis for the impact of nozzle processing quality on jet through different process methods.
