摘要
开发了一个能实现复杂三维型体加工的四轴三联动数控飞秒激光微细加工系统。介绍了该飞秒激光微细加工系统的硬件、软件组成,详尽阐述了整个系统的构建过程、工作机理及关键技术。当前该系统主要用于聚合复合材料的加工。
A 4 - axis NC femtosecond laser micro - machining system which can machine complex three - dimen- sional model is constructed. The hardware and software component of the femtosecond laser micro - ma- chining system is introduced. The designing process, working principle and the key technique of the system are described in detail. Currently, the system is mostly used for machining of polymeric materials.
