摘要 采用温锻制坯与冷变薄拉深相结合的复合成形加工方法对30Cr Mn Si高强度钢制壳体进行了近净锻造成形研究。在合理制定了冷变薄拉深件图和温锻预制坯图的基础上,介绍了温锻制坯成形工艺过程和冷变薄拉深成形工艺过程,给出了温锻制坯模具的设计和冷变薄拉深成形的冲头和凹模芯设计应考虑的问题。 The near - net forging technology of 30CrMnSi high - strength - steel shell bodies is studied through the complex forming processes of the warm forging and the cold ironing. Based on formulating the drawing of cold ironings and the drawing of warm forgings, the processes of warm forging and cold ironing are intro- duced, and the problems should be considered in design of the die sets for warm forging and in design of the die which includes the punch and the lower die core for cold ironing.
